Fantastic villa in Jávea for 8 people, well appointed in a peaceful area ideal for relaxing. The Golf Course of Jávea can be found within 5 minute drive (1 Km.). This property has 2 floors, downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and upstairs 2 more bedrooms, another bathroom, kitchen fully equiped, washing-machine, living/dining room with chimney, satellite TV and small covered terrace. In the exterior, a lovely garden, well mainteined, with lots of plants and trees. There is also a barbecue, a large private swimming-pool (9x4,5 m), garden furniture, sun-loungers and parasol. The friendly family resort of Jávea is a sprawling town with two main beaches and an historic old town set back from the sea. A harbour and fish market can be found on one side of the resort, offering stylish restaurants, great views and a pebbly beach. The popular, sandy Arenal Beach, on the other side has a palm-lined promenade of shops, bars and restaurants, while at night the town comes alive with market stalls and street performers. Our villas here are located in countryside and residential areas, so transport is essential to reach the main resort.
